Important Government Order Related to Library Service

Common pool Librarians mainly deployed as Librarians in Educational Institutions coming under Collegiate Education, Technical Education, Medical Education, General Education etc. A few Librarians are also working in various Department Libraries like Secretariat Central Library, Archives, Forest Conservator Office, Drugs Controller Office, Labour Commissioner Office, Directorate of Factories and Boilers, Industries and Commerce Dept, Kerala High Way Research Institute, Science and Technology, Mining and Geology, Police Academy etc,. Though the Librarians are appointed by the Higher Education (A) Department, they are deployed in various departments and paid from the respective Departments where they work.
